LDS Scriptures App for iPhone & iPod Touch
I usually post all my technology information on my standard blog at www.edtechblog.org. However, this app is very LDS heavy, so it is going here. I tried several LDS scripture apps for my iTouch, but they were rather disappointing. I discovered The Scriptures by Michael Jensen at readscriptures.com. (He does need to make his site [...]
Updated Ed Tech Blog
My long-lived blog has been updated and spiffed up. I was working on the template for my personal blog and validating the code when I check the code for this blog. It was totally out of wack and would take weeks to fix, so I have changed templates and added several nifty features. First of [...]
Customizing the new template for my new blog
I have now spent quite a bit of time adding dynamic code in my new, pretty WordPress template. Two weeks ago, I discovered the call on YouTube for a string player to play with the Foo Fighters at the Grammy awards. YouTubers voted for their favorites, and a violinist won. The following is the CBS video with the resulting winner, the Foo Fighters playing Pretender, and a rockin’ performance. Cellists Rock Too There [...]

It is pretty cool. Ben now has my old 12″ Powerbook.
A Certified Apple Trainer!
What a Relief! So I went to my last class today here in Santa Monica. It was the day of the certification exam. Our instructor did a good job preparing us for the test. Thank heavens for that because he did not cover much of what was on the test until today. A lot of [...]
Employee Appreciation
Employee Appreciation Award Tuesday morning, Chuck Wight (VP over AOCE), his secretary, and my boss stormed into my office saying, “You are in trouble.”
