I am taking a teamwork class this semester from Ray’s graduate advisor. My professor is wonderful, and he helped Ray to finish his Master’s degree.

Ray is asked every semester to guest lecture in this Teamwork class. He did a really good job talking about how different types of technology have different value levels for communication. His thesis was built on this premise.

The class has almost 40 students enrolled, and they are all members of 4 person teams. The class is a living example of how teams develop. So each team’s final responsibility is to present on how their teams developed and grew. They will be responsible to use individual research paper finding in their group presentations. I like the model, and I want to figure out how to use it in my own college teaching.
