I am taking a class in the main engineering building on campus. This is a computer science class that is both for computer science doctoral students and for psychology doctoral students. The topic is about how our brains perceive computer graphics.
It is a little weird taking a class in the engineering building because even though I am a nerd, I am not an engineer. It is like being in another world when I am in that building. I guess it feels as if I walked into class while just in my underwear. It is a different feeling from the normal feeling I have from academics dealing with human subjects rather than mechanical subjects. I like what I am doing because I think I can make a greater and more significant impact by working directly with teachers.
