I took a final exam today for the Psychometrics statistics class I took this Fall semester. I have spent a lot of time studying research reliability and validity (psychometrics), and I have lots of books that I have read and that are lying around on and near my desk. As a result, Oscar the Cat has become the “Stat Cat” because he always sits on my statistics homework.
I got a decent picture of Oscar on my desk because Ray installed a new light in our office last night. He was up late installing it, and I added some bright, energy-saver bulbs.
Now I am down to grading and prepping for next semester’s teaching. At this point, I usually try to clean off my desk, because it becomes an absolute disaster during the semester.
